TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DS Beauty & Academy, an officially registered enterprise and accredited vocational beauty academy operating in Sri Lanka under business registration in Chunnakam, Jaffna (Est. February 11, 2019).

By booking a salon service, reserving an auspicious wedding date, enrolling in an academy course, or utilizing https://dsbeauty.academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

• Bespoke Confidential Quotes: All service quotes are tailored to individual hair length, saree box-pleating complexity, and bridal party requirements. We maintain a zero-pressure bespoke quotation standard.
• Muhurtham Auspicious Reservations: Due to heavy demand on Hindu & Christian wedding dates, wedding slots are reserved only upon payment of the agreed confirmation deposit.
• 24/7 Early-Morning Arrival: For auspicious 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM Muhurthams, our senior dressing squads will arrive at the designated venue or studio strictly at the scheduled dressing call time.
• Rescheduling & Punctuality: Clients are kindly requested to notify our concierge at least 14 days in advance for wedding date alterations, subject to availability.

• Curriculum Standards: Academy programs are aligned with TVEC guidelines and NVQ Level 4 & 5 frameworks.
• Diploma Eligibility: Students must maintain a minimum of 80% practical live-model lab attendance and complete hands-on practicums to be awarded the official certified diploma.
• Studio Safety: Students must adhere to clinical hygiene protocols, chemical mixing safety guidelines, and salon equipment handling standards during all workshops.

Client safety is our paramount priority. All clients must disclose known dermatological allergies, scalp conditions, or recent chemical treatments:

• For intensive chemical transformations (Keratin, Rebonding, Global Color), a 24-hour skin patch test is strongly recommended for first-time clients.
• DS Beauty & Academy uses exclusively certified, hospital-grade autoclave sterilized tools and single-use disposables to guarantee 100% infection control.

All content on https://dsbeauty.academy, including high-resolution portfolio lookbook photography, bridal draping techniques, educational course syllabus, trademarks, and brand emblems, are the proprietary intellectual property of DS Beauty & Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, commercial republishing, or imitation without written consent is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any legal dispute or claim arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
